Health effects: Flash/fire burns and blast injury; some agents also narcotic or asphyxiant.

Controls & PPE

Engineering controls: Segregated/marked storage; enclosed conveying; ignition-source control and hazardous-area classification; ventilation; fire-fighting and gas detection.

PPE: FR/anti-static clothing; eye/face protection; respiratory protection where vapour exposure occurs.
