Pre-employment medical examination software

What it does
- A configurable pre-employment proforma — general examination, vitals, systemic, vision, ENT, and the laboratory investigations relevant to the job.
- Records the fitness decision (fit / fit-with-conditions / unfit) and generates the certificate of fitness for signature.
- Auto-adapts the examination set by worker category — non-hazardous, hazardous process, adolescent, above-45, and food handlers.
- Creates a permanent, UHID-linked health record that later periodic and exit examinations build on.
Statutory basis
Pre-employment (pre-placement) medical examination is the entry point of statutory health surveillance — establishing a worker’s baseline fitness before placement, especially for hazardous processes and dangerous operations. The certificate of fitness and the health record it seeds are the foundation of the factory’s occupational-disease surveillance obligations.
