Periodic health check-up software

What it does
- A due-date engine that flags which workers are due for their annual or six-monthly examination by category.
- Records the periodic examination and updates the worker’s health register entry.
- Built-in panels for the surveillance tests that hazardous processes require — audiometry, pulmonary function, vision and the relevant laboratory investigations.
- Every reading is stored so a parameter can be trended over years for a single worker.
Statutory basis
Section 41C of the Factories Act places a duty of continuous medical surveillance on occupiers of factories carrying on hazardous processes, and the Schedules to the rules prescribe six-monthly examinations for many dangerous operations.
